Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of application of measures of procedural coercion provided for by the Code of Administrative Judicial Proceedings of the Russian Federation, examines the specifics of court decisions on the use of such measures, analyzes the features of the use of certain types of coercive measures and the specifics of their appeal. The article provides a comparative analysis of individual measures of procedural coercion under the CAS RF and the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RF.
