Abstract

This article examines the right of justice in the administration of justice by the courts of the Russian Federation on family disputes. The author concludes that the law of justice in the administration of justice in family matters is a system of attitudes applied by the courts for the purpose of the legal, objective, reasonable and fair resolution of family conflict. It acts despite the absence of direct instructions in the law and explanations of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and ensures, as far as is objectively possible in modern conditions, the protection and defense of the rights of family members who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
