Abstract

The article analyzes some legal consequences of pension reform implementation in the Russian Federation. There is an actual expansion of the subject of legal regulation in family and hereditary relations in the context of ensuring the private interests of persons who have reached the so-called "pre-retirement age". The article substantiates the interdependence of public and private interests in the mechanism of legal regulation.
