Abstract

The problem of the interdependence of civil law and intra-industry relations of civil law is analyzed. Elements of the civil law system cannot be fully identified with articles, chapters, sections of the normative acts of civil legislation. At the same time, civil legislation plays an important role in understanding the intra-branch relations of civil law and the dynamics of interacting elements of the system, acting as a prerequisite for the emergence and functioning of intra-branch relations of civil law.
