Abstract

Article is devoted to a research of a role and the place of institute "minimization and (or) mitigations of consequences of corruption offenses" in the anti-corruption mechanism of modern Russia. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation and law-enforcement practice a number of the problems interfering normal functioning of this mechanism is allocated and some ways of their solution are proposed.
