Abstract

In the article, on the example of the emerging European legal model of family parenting relationships, little-studied issues of legal regulators, which are one of the main elements of this model, are considered. The article concludes about the increase in the number and types of “soft” law norms that have a significant impact on the family parenting relationships in the European Union, which requires strict adherence to the principles and norms of international law.
