Abstract

The article is devoted to a problem of the legal nature of public private partnership in branch of constitutional law. The methodological basis of the research is the generally accepted principles of scientific cognition (objectivity, system, development, determinism, etc.) and special methodological principles of cognition of social and legal phenomena (recognition of law as the expression of formal equality, universality, economic and legal integrity, etc.) allowing to consider the volume of constitutional and legal regulation of public private partnership in Russia. The public private partnership is highly constructed. It includes the foundations of the constitutional order and the basis of Russian federalism.
