Abstract

The article is devoted to the methodological basis of the study of specific manifestations of a variety of social phenomena in the criminal procedural form, called the author's correlation approach. Such distinctive features of the investigated method (approach) are highlighted: practical orientation, focus on the priority of human values, integrity; conceptuality; complexity.
