Abstract

Article is devoted to a research of current problems of the existing Russian anti-corruption legislation which is a legal basis of counteraction of corruption in the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation and law-enforcement practice the list of the problems characteristic of the modern Russian anti-corruption legislation is defined, and offers on their permission which are capable to provide higher effectiveness of a domestic antikorruptsionnogomekhanizm due to increase in level of systemacity of its construction and functioning are developed.
