Abstract

The article analyzes the peculiarities of judicial decisions revision taking into account the novelties introduced in the legislation on administrative proceedings, including the Code of administrative proceedings of the Russian Federation. The author conducted a comparative analysis of the procedural legislation governing the review of judicial decisions in the appeal, cassation and supervisory procedure.
