Abstract

The article is devoted to the phenomenon of the penetration of norms from the informational component to the norms of financial law. The author draws attention to the fact that these norms can be assessed differently from the point of view of their sectoral affiliation as financial or informational law norms. The traditional view of information law as an integrated (integrated) secondary branch of Russian law is not supported by the author, and in this context it is proposed to revise the generally accepted approaches to the allocation and delimitation of branches. Using the example of the relationship between information and finance, the author's position is formulated about the relative nature of the sectoral representation of the legal system.
