Abstract

In the article, based on the achievements of biological science on circadian genes determining individual features of daily physiological, biochemical and behavioural rhythms in human, the proposals were made on perfection of the legislation in the area of genomic information to provide consistency of legislation on personal information in general; to integrate legal norms on the protection of personal information into the sectoral legislation; to allocate genes in the complex of objects of the intellectual rights.
