Abstract

The author investigates the problem of improving the educational process of training students of legal specialties in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Formulates and substantiates the thesis about the impossibility of complete abandonment of the analog (traditional) approach to the organization of training, demonstrates the possible forms of combination of analog and digital approaches in order to achieve the necessary level of formation of the basic competencies of lawyers.
