Abstract

The article is devoted to issues of compensation for moral harm in violation of family rights of citizens. It examines the views of scientists on the possibility of compensation for moral harm in violation of both personal non-property and property rights of citizens in family law. Examples are given from judicial practice, which justify the need to improve the institution of compensation for moral harm.
