The article presents a new approach to resocialization of juvenile convicted under the conditions of the deprivation of freedom; the introduction of new models of an educational centre is proposed and is analyzed within the framework of the reformation of criminal-executive system; specific character activity, general tasks of educational centers and the need of introducing new forms of influencing for resocialization of juveniles convicted are formulated.Published
