Kinship in the space of family law

The kinship is discussed as a legal fact of family law, the author proposes to include in the General provisions of the Family code of the Russian Federation the norm about kinship, its degrees and lines, as well as the norm about legal value of family relations, and analyzes the manifestation of this value in the institutions of marriage, children, alimony obligations, different forms of care, novels or clarifications relevant to family law are formulated.Published
