In this paper we study the theory and practice of the settlement agreement, conciliation agreement with the judicial bailiff-executor. Noted the peculiarity of the settlement of disputes with participation of the bailiff, in case of cancellation not in conformity with the legislation of the Russian Federation, decisions of the higher officials of the Federal bailiff service of the Russian Federation.Published
