Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of cases of restoration of rights lost securities. Jurisdiction, jurisdiction has been studied, particularly the content of the statements on the invalidation of the lost securities payable to bearer or order commercial paper and the rehabilitation rights of NII ¬ thereon, as well as the consequences of its application.
