Abstract

In the scientific article studied the legal regime of the composite work. Based on the analysis of doctrinal positions, the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, and the judicial practice, the author concluded that the legal regime of the composite work is characterized as common features of the legal regime of any object of copyright, and its own criteria, evidence of its specifics.
