Abstract

The author turns to the problem of determining the subject of family and legal regulation, while emphasizing the content of the main directions of the state family policy. Public interest in the protection of the family can be realized in various forms, including through the legal regulation of the relevant relations, the use of incentives, etc. In this situation, it is important to establish points of coincidence and differences in the definition of the sphere being exposed.
