Abstract

The article is devoted to the problematic issues of attorney's participation in court with the aim of providing qualified legal assistance. The necessity of providing a lawyer as an independent subject of procedural legal relations with a view to providing qualified legal assistance is substantiated. The problem associated with the objectives of the Bar in providing free legal aid and carrying out the mediation procedure is indicated. The discrepancy between the lawyer's secrecy and the witness's immunity of the lawyer was noted.
