Abstract

The article contains the author's reasoning on good faith as a principle of civil procedural law is the duty of participants in civil legal proceedings to act in good faith in the exercise and protection of civil rights and in the performance of civil procedural obligations to achieve the goals and objectives of civil procedure laid down in article 2 of the RF CPC.
