Abstract

The article explains such definitions as «plurality of persons in an obligation» and «plurality of parties to an obligation» to explore the structure of obligations and their system relation. On the base of carried out analysis the author makes a conclusion that there is a plurality of persons in joint obligations and a plurality of parties to an obligation in participatory and subsidiary obligations. As an example of obligations with a plurality the author provides delictual obligations with the involvement of minors.
