Abstract

The article defined and investigated a set of actions needed to address and resolve disputes about the overall division of property of the spouses (former spouses). The author noted that the examination and resolution of cases of this category includes the establishment of circumstances relevant to the case; compliance with the procedure established by the СPC RF; selection, interpretation and application of norms of substantive and procedural law; determination of legal position of the court and justification of its legality, validity and fairness; procedural assistance in execution of a court decision.
