Abstract

In this research article reveals the concept and content of such Institute as the administrative responsibility for the transfer or transfer attempt in any manner to the persons contained in establishments of the penal system or detention centres and other detention places, objects, substances or foodstuff, acquisition, storage or which use is forbidden by law. Also is the area that is most exposed to danger as a result of Commission of these offences, as well as measures for carrying out of preventive measures aimed at prevention of crimes aimed at discarding, moving, transfer of the prohibited subjects to the persons contained in establishments of criminally-Executive system.
