Abstract

The powers of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation regarding the interpretation and application of norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, recognition of constitutionality of provisions of the Russian legislation from time to time return to the discussion about the legal nature expressed by them at the same positions. It is concluded that the resolution of the constitutional court cannot be considered neither doctrine nor precedent, although certainty in this matter can only make the appropriate regulatory requirement.
