Abstract

The article contains statistical data on the nature and number of crimes committed against minors, and the grounds for deprivation of parental rights. Conclusions have been drawn on the need to optimize the coordination of actions of bodies and organizations that protect the rights of children and introduce changes in the legal regulation of the rules for filing a claim for the deprivation of parental rights in the criminal process.
