Abstract

The article draws attention to the need to ensure the implementation of judicial acts in cases on determining the procedure for communicating with children, for which their operative part should contain clear formulations regarding the location, time, duration of parent-child meetings, the presence of the other parent, and contain the most detailed and precise wording that is not made dependent on the alleged and unlikely conditions. An important factor for ensuring the enforceability of a judicial act in this category of cases is the consideration of the child's opinion when discussing the terms of the established procedure for communicating with him, as well as the indication in the operative part of the court's decision to warn the defendant about possible consequences of his non-performance.
