Abstract

The article is devoted to the specifics of the relationship developing between EU states on the solution of the refugee problem. A brief analysis of the international legal acts underlying the establishment of this association, and study the specific nature of the relations between the states - members of the EU impact on their migration. Studied scientific literature and media publications have identified existing and requires permission contemporary problem of the migration of the crisis engulfed European Union countries.
