Family and hereditary legal relations under the legislation of the Russian Federation: сomparative legal aspect

Abstract

In the scientific article studied in comparative legal aspects of family and inheritance relationship, general and distinguishing signs are given. The article concluded that the need to add h. III of the RF Civil Code and Family Code provisions, which will facilitate the effective implementation of family and inheritance rights, and determine the place of family law and inheritance law in the system of Russian law.
