Abstract

The article gives the review of institutional (administrative and legal), methodological and financial aspects of interaction between the system of higher education represented by the Tver State University in particular, and the system of general secondary education represented by educational establishments as well as administrative bodies of education. The experience gained by Tver State University in carrying out the programme of general secondary education has been described.
