Abstract

The traditional interpretation of the creative process combines epistemologically vague cognitions of «insight», «intuition», etc. As a positive contrast to the «worn-out» views, a model of productive expanding syntheses (PRS) is being developed that activate the mechanism of assimilation, virtualization, mental experimentation, and with it automorphic heuristic transformative reactions that allow people to extract products of living thought «from concepts» in a human way.
