The theoretical views of V.I. Lenin and the concept of the founding power of Antonio Negri
Abstract
The article considers the problem of the concept of «Constituent Power», which was raised by the philosopher Antonio Negri in his work «Constituent Power» in 1992, which is relevant in the framework of the study of the philosophical and political justification of such a phenomenon as revolution and the reconstruction of society after. Negri highlighted a separate chapter on the October Revolution of 1917 and the first transformations of Soviet power, which allows us to consider the ideological and political basis of Lenin's work through the prism of the concept of «Constituent power». One of the conclusions drawn in the work is that the interpretation of Lenin's legacy has significant limitations when using Negri's concept of «Constituent Power», due to the presence of obstacles such as the historical context, the specific socio-political situation, as well as Lenin's commitment to classical Marxism (in its author's interpretation), which is not fully taken into account when the construction of the Negri concept or its further use for political and social analysis.
