Понятие времени в философии Антонио Негри

Abstract

As a Marxist philosopher, Antonio Negri (August 1, 1933 – December 16, 2023) interpreted the concept of time through the lens of dialectical mate-rialism, emphasizing the inherent link between time and space. According to Negri, the artificial discretization of these categories leads to idealistic philosophy and the inability to define space and time as attributes and fun-damental forms of matter. Recognizing the interdependence and objective character of the space-time continuum, Negri identified several modes of temporality that account for the transformation of social and production relations under contemporary capitalism. This article attempts to system-atize Negri’s ideas by comparing his concepts with classical and modern theories of time. Specifically, it analyzes the continuity of Negri’s views in relation to the works of K. Marx, F. Engels, and V. Lenin, while provid-ing a comparative analysis with M. Heidegger’s ontology, H. Arendt’s po-litical philosophy, A. Lefebvre’s concept of the «production of space», and W. Benjamin’s aesthetics. Particular attention is paid to the category of praxis as a tool for the intensification of historical time and a source of the subjectivation of social being.
