Issue No. 4 (66) 2023 publishes articles by researchers dedicated to the philosophical understanding of science, urban studies, media communications, as well as the historical and philosophical heritage of Russia and foreign countries.

The section "Man, Science, Culture" explores the relationship between philosophy and science from metaphysics to dialectics, the semantics of the city, and the hermenemas and structures of space in eschatology. The authors analyze the possibilities of media communications in the distribution of social ideas, the ontological aspects of the female body, the iconography of Jasenovac, and the theoretical methodology of hybrid warfare (articles by S.A. Lebedev, I.D. Akatiev, V.V. Ilyin, I.A. Kokoreva, P.N. Rodin, A.V. Shimko, V.Y. Lebedev, N.N. Ravochkin, S.N. Kravchenko, A.E. Mikhaylova, A.A. Guseva, D.F. Aliyev).

The section "Problems of Russian Philosophy" is dedicated to the intellectual heritage of P.L. Lavrov between science and politics, the aesthetic views of V.S. Solovyov and N.G. Chernyshevsky, and a comparative analysis of the question of apokatastasis in Origen and V.S. Soloviev's works (articles by E.E. Mikhailova, A.A. Chernykh, M.Y. Akimkin).

In the section "Philosophy Abroad: Past and Present," the authors turn to the anthropology of Confucius and Aristotle in the context of civilizational transformations, I. Kant’s "Critique of judgment" in the perspective of hermeneutics, and Erich Fromm's reflections on the disintegration syndrome. The papers also touch upon the role of medieval philosophy in Heidegger's fundamental ontology, the cultivation of Self in the Boston school of modern Confucianism, and Q. Skinner’s intellectual history concerning the genealogy of the modern state (articles by A.I. Goryachev, A.V. Rukin, B.L. Gubman, K.V. Anufrieva, V.V. Bulanov, V.N. Bulanova, E.S. Marchukova, V.I. Chernykh, V.P. Potamskaya).
