Issue No. 4 (58) 2021 publishes articles by researchers devoted to the philosophical understanding of the correlation between philosophy and literature, the language of science, the concept of capital in the scientific field, as well as various aspects of identity, security, and historical-philosophical heritage.
In the section "Man. Science. Culture", the mission of humanity in philosophy and epic forms of literature, the epistemological approach to convention and metaphor in scientific language, the functioning of forms of social capital in the scientific field, the informational unity of the existence of human and the Universe, the problems of the formation of the knowledge society in India, the phenomenon of cultural trauma in the modern world, as well as the evolution of the Western humanistic project from local to global are considered. The authors analyze the formation of identity in the modern sociocultural space, the genesis of terrorism as a global threat, state youth policy in the prevention of extremism, political representation in the public online network discourse, the essential foundations of conflicts in universities, as well as confessional dynamics and stable cultural patterns (articles by V.V. The section "Problems of Russian Philosophy" is focused on understanding the dogma of the unity of the church in the work of A.S. Khomyakov, the metaphor of the "creative emptiness" in culture as a way to overcome binarism, the foreign trips of P.N. Milyukov from apprenticeship to scientific dialogue, the philosophy of Lev Shestov in the context of modern intellectual discourse, as well as on the relationship between personality and the world in the philosophical system of N.A. Berdyaev (articles by D.Yu. Zatsepina, V.B. Malyshev, E.E. Mikhaylova, V.V. Bulanov, O.A. Yugova).
In the rubric "Western Philosophy and Modern World", Kantian ethics and the spirit of capitalism, the image of Medieval philosophy in Hegel's system, the problem of the existence of evil in the works of Leibniz and Hegel, the role of the category of non-being in describing the world, justice as a principle of constructing a "happy polis" in Plato, as well as the problem of historical narrative in the philosophy of A.
