Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the psychological support of the teacher’s professional activity of in the new social conditions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Such psychological concepts as professional deformation of the personality, psychological readiness for innovative activity, psychological culture, universal and general professional competencies are defined and precised. Based on the analysis, a conclusion is made about possible ways to prevent the personal professional deformation of pedagogical workers in order to minimize social risks and improve the quality of work
