Abstract

The article discusses stable symptom complexes associated with the orientation of identity and leadership style of a modern teacher. Two sets of interrelated properties are identified in the personality structure of teachers. The first one includes leadership style and orientation in activity and communication. The second combines value orientations and the system of motives. The linking function between the two symptom complexes is performed by the motivational sphere. The study further establishes interconnections between the features of leadership style, personality orientation, and the value-motivational sphere of teachers
