Abstract

The article considers the professional activity of sales managers, as well as identifies psychological features associated with its implementation. The main professionally important qualities and personal qualities of manager a highlights. The methods of evaluation and diagnosis of both professionally important and personal qualities of a sales manager are proposed in order to develop them and to prevent the negative psychological development of the labor subject. The professional activity of a sales manager is characterized by a high level of responsibility and intensity of interaction with other people. Therefore, there are increased requirements for the professional level, moral and business qualities of sales managers
