Abstract

The article argues the importance of morality as a space for searching for reserves of vocational training in engineering specialties in terms of the development and formation of a specialist's personality, in which intellectual, creative and moral are in harmonious unity. The article substantiates the allocation of the educational process, extracurricular educational work and the personality of the teacher as factors of moral education of students of a technical university. The possibilities of a lecture, a seminar, a curatorial hour as forms of moral education of students, as well as the specifics of using ethical conversation, dispute, persuasive influence, a problem situation as methods of moral education of future engineers are revealed. Examples are given from the experience of the implementation of moral education of students of a technical university
