Abstract

The article presents an empirical study of students of 1-6 courses of the Belarusian State Medical University of therapeutic, pediatric, dental and medical and preventive faculties. The results of the study of such psychological characteristics of communicative competence as empathy, tolerance, the ability to manage emotions in communication, communicative control, sociability and styles of response in conflict situations were obtained. Methods of M. Snider; N.P. Fetyskina, G.M. Manuilova, V.V. Kozlova, V.V. Boyko, K. Thomas were used.
