Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the representations of employees of a manufacturing enterprise about organizational culture and leadership style and their relationship with job satisfaction. The study showed how the consistency representations of employees about the "real" and "preferred" organizational culture. Authoritarian and democratic leadership styles mediated satisfaction with various aspects of work. The results of the study allow concluding about the positive nature of the organizational culture at the enterprise, about the degree of compliance of the leadership style with the dominant type of organizational culture, and show how this may indicate the quality of internal integration in the organization
