Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the consideration of the problem of professional development of a psychologist at different stages of his career, including the period of study at a university, adaptation to activity and the beginning of a career, as well as the stage of professionalism. Changes in the characteristics of the motivational sphere of psychologists at different career stakes are revealed. The results of an empirical study show that career support through monitoring of a psychologist's professional identity is relevant not only at the initial stages, but also in the process of professional activity
