Abstract

The paper presents modern gender stereotypes that exist in Russian society and reflect aspects of a woman's professional activity; the level of agreement with the influence of stereotypes on women's professional activities was established in two groups of respondents - women with and without professional experience; determined the leading stereotypes in professional activity in both groups
