TEAM WORK AS A SYSTEMIC FACTOR OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

Theoretical and methodological materials are presented that reveal the polymetasystemic status of inclusive education. The semantic dominants of joint activity are presented. It is shown that joint activity acts as an integrating form, and it must be understood as a component of a systemic complex that characterizes inclusive education. Joint activity is «the included acceptance of the individuality of the interaction partner». The psychological well-being of a person (a child in particular), his self-esteem and, accordingly, his emotional state is associated with the phenomenon of acceptance and the factor of inclusion (jointness) in educational activitiesDownloads
