Abstract

The use of a professionological approach in the training of future officers is justified. The main directions of preparation for working with military personnel serving under a contract are proposed: preparation for working with a team and preparation for individual educational work. The program containing a complex of organizational and pedagogical measures for the implementation of the professionological approach in these areas of training is presented
