Abstract

The article considers and justifies the importance of an integrative approach in the professional psychological selection of candidates for training in the profession of a military pilot. The peculiarity of military flight profession is considered. It was concluded that professional fitness for the development of flight activities is a complex complex, integrative education, representing a dynamic structure and including a large variety of different components. The degree of their formation and unity of components should be a criterion for selection for training at VVAUL. The prediction of the success of professional psychological selection is possible only if a comprehensive, holistic study of the personality and the identification of the flight component in applicants – flight abilities
