Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of occupational stress formation in the production environment. Modern approaches to the disclosure of mechanisms responsible for the negative perception by employees of the conditions of professional activity within the framework of the domestic psychological school are being discussed. Possible negative manifestations of stress at the psychological level of employees are indicated. The results of psychodiagnostic testing of the labor collective are presented, revealing the features of the manifestation of indicators of emotional burnout and conflict behavior using the example of the pedagogical team
