Abstract

The professional training of cadets of higher educational institutions of the National Guard troops, the analysis of the state of the process of formation of professional readiness of cadets of higher educational institutions of the Russian Guard for the management of units in the protection of public order is carried out. The main research methods used were analysis, synthesis of leading ideas, comparison, and comparison. The main ways to improve the effectiveness of professional readiness are identified.
