Abstract

The phenomenon of professional self-determination is presented as a continuous process of developing the student's personality, leading to professional choice. The theoretical characteristic of the propaedeutics of continuous professional self-determination of primary school students in the context of modern challenges is substantiated. According to the results of the study, the influence of knowledge and formed flexible skills (soft skills) on such a result of the propaedeutic stage of the process of professional self-determination of younger schoolchildren as the success of selection for classes with in-depth study of the subject is shown
